Delmon Pottery and Halloween Decorations

Since pumpkins here are the price of your first born child we opted to visit Delmon Pottery who makes beautiful pottery pumpkins that can be painted or just left their original color. It was so cool to see how they squish the pile of clay with their bare feet and then work it on the pottery wheel. They make so many beautiful pottery pieces and we will definitely be going back to add a few more of their beauties to our collection!

 

 

 The sweet man who owns this shop gave these little money jars to the girls :) (This is a thing in Bahrain, when the locals like a child they give them something: candy, money, in this instance a little pottery piece. It's really sweet but we now also having to teach our very young kids that they shouldn't be expecting little gifts from people everywhere they go! Hard concept for this age to grasp!)
