Ameilya is 13 months old!

On November 8th Ameilya was officially 13 months old. She is so wiggley that it is super hard to do her monthly pics, so we just did our best this month! They turned out ok ;)

She is growing and learning so much! It's crazy to see how much she has learned in the last few months. She wasn't quite walking yet but was taking 6 steps at a time before falling/sitting down. Shes starting to get quite the personality, she likes to laugh and she does quite a bit. She is a very happy baby! At 13 months Ameilya weighed 19.5 pounds and was 29.5 inches long. 

Ameilya's First Birthday Party

Ameilya had a ladybug themed party for her birthday. We had just a few close friends and family come to celebrate with us for her special day!

Ameilya turned One

I think I haven't posted about this because I just can't come to terms with the fact that I am now the mother of a one year old and (technically) toddler! There's no way my baby is big enough to be one yet! Oh well, the calendar tells me she in fact turned one a little over a month ago. Yes, I'm way behind. As usual ;)
We have had a pretty busy few weeks, between our car breaking down (twice with a third repair needing to be done), a birthday party for the cutest one year old I know, Tyler's graduate class and choir rehearsals for Hymns of Thanksgiving, the 6 violin/viola lessons I teach every week and extreme couponing we have been pretty much swamped. I'll try to have as few words as possible though and get straight to the pictures ;)

Ameilya turned one year old. Her monthly pictures didn't turn out quite as well as I would have liked as our baby is a very busy girl. But here they are for the record!

At 12 months, Ameilya was saying rara, buh buh, dada, nuh nuh, hi and had just learned to say papa. She loved pancakes and wasn't thrilled with the cake at her birthday ;)
