The rest of day two of our vacation we spend at Point Loma and Bahia Beach in Mission Bay. Point Loma was really cool, I wish we would have been able to stay longer but we didn't realize that it was a national park and therefore closed at 5pm (lame) on weekends. We only got to be there for about 30 min but enjoyed it nonetheless. After that we went to the beach as the kids were going to swim a little at Point Loma so we headed over to Mission Bay and went swimming at this nice little beach called Bahia. It was such a nice beach; since it was in the bay the tide isn't very strong which is perfect for our little kids. It was just around the end of low tide when we went so there were sea shells on the beach that the girls had fun playing with.

Madi loved the sea shells, she used them to scoop sand or water from one shell to another, she played with them for a good 20 minutes or more
Ameilya loved going into the water, insisted that Tyler go with her and "swim"
She also saw some other kind rubbing sand all over their legs and thought that would be fun to try ;)

I didn't swim but did wade into the water, it was just right
