I don't think I ever posted her stats for 2 months old, I swear I did but there isn't a post about it to be found on here.
So here are her two and three month stats:
2 months old: 10 pounds and 2 ounces, 23 inches long
3 months old: 12 pounds 8 ounces, 24.5 inches long
Ameilya had a huge growth spurt this month! She gained almost two and a half pounds and grew a whole inch and a half! All in one month! She was eating like crazy so go figure! She is in the 44th percentile for weight and around the 97th percentile for height! She sure didn't get that from me! ;)
All About Ameilya:
She likes bath time as long as the water is warm.
She LOVES diaper changes! Gets all excited and kicks those strong little legs of hers
She is becoming quite the talkative little gal, she talks more when we step out of the room for a minute than when we are around
She is super close to laughing, she's making noises that almost sound like giggles
She smiles all the time and her smiles are so precious and genuine that you can't help but smile back
She LOVES her daddy! She smiles and chatters whenever he's around or changes her diapers
She loves it when people play with her hands and feet
She has started reaching and grabbing onto her toys on her little princess play mat
She absolutely LOVES the ceiling fan in the living room, she (almost) laughs at it, coos at it, and smiles at it ALL THE TIME!We never turn the light on when she's under it cause we don't want to hurt her eyes so it's not that she likes the light. Not sure what it is about that fan ;) Hilarious!
She hasn't rolled over quite yet but she's getting so close that I'm betting she will in the next week or so.
She loves to look around and be held upright, facing away from whoever is holding her so that she can take everything in
Sometimes she gets fussy when you hold her because she prefers to lay on the ground and play with her toys
She sleeps through the night, usually for 8-10 hours without getting up to nurse. Last night she slept for 11
We have gotten her on a good schedule, she eats then plays then eats again then naps. After her nap we do the same thing all over again. She usually takes about three naps a day anywhere from 1 hour to three hours in length.
She doesn't cry very much
She is a great traveler and will sleep generally the whole time that she is in the car, unless she is hungry of course, we usually have to wake her up so she realizes that she is hungry though
She can sit up when she is assisted
She does a great job of holding up her head
She has worn a bald spot on the back of her head, a testament to how much she loves to look around!
Now, I know you are all here for the pictures so I'll stop with the chatter and show you some cute pics of our Miss Millie ;)
