More housing stuff

Everything here has been really busy the last little while. The two options we had for housing both fell through, but each for different reasons. One had an odor problem and the other had some stuff going on that was less than by the books so we decided against both. But our realtor took us out again to look at a few more properties and we found one we really liked but it didn't have a dishwasher, so our realtor asked the landlord if a dishwasher could be put in and he agreed! This was super awesome because we really didn't have any other options without going over our housing allowance. So we have put in what's called a pre contract for this flat and we have our inspection on Monday. If all goes well then we sign our lease next Thursday and we can move in next Friday. I'm super excited! The flat has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a private jacuzzi, large balcony, is fully furnished, and two days of housekeeping a week included! There's also a community swimming pool and work out facility :) and it's also close to the Navy base, so Tyler can bike to work if needed so the kids and I will have the use of the car. And it's not far away from the grocery store and they're is a big shopping mall being built next door that will be completed next year so that will be really convenient too once it is finished. We couldn't be happier! It's perfect for our family! I'm just praying that the inspection goes well, but I don't foresee any really big surprises with the inspection. There might be a couple small things that have to be remedied but that's pretty typical. We are just excited to be able to unpack since we have either been partially or completely in boxes since we listed our house for sale over a year ago! I'm ready to have a real home again!
I'm not going to be too specific on social media, but we will be living in one of these high rises :) so excited to finally have a real home again even if it is only for two years! Sure beats living out of boxes and suitcases!
Say a prayer that our inspection goes well so that we can get the go ahead to sign the lease and move in!
